Composition: black tea, cinnamon pieces, sowing anise, ginger pieces, black peppercorns, cloves, cardamom and chicory roots.
Preparation: to make Indian Chai in the traditional way you must put in a saucepan 1 cup water and 2 glasses of whole milk, once the mixture boiled you can add the equivalent of two teaspoons of Indian Chai tea mix # 98 and let infuse for 2-3 minutes then you must add 3-4 tablespoons of sugar and let the mixture infuse for one last time for a further 2 minutes. You just have to filter and serve hot. Sugar is very important in this preparation because it acts as a flavor enhancer and allows all the spices to speak.
